Primary Care

From babies to adults, we work with you and your doctors to help you take control of your health. We can help you:

  • Make your doctors’ visits
  • Answer your health questions
  • Manage your medications
  • Connect you to the community resources you need

Maternity

We want you to have a happy and healthy birth for you and your baby. We can help you through your whole pregnancy by connecting you to the doctor or midwife of your choice to deliver your baby, making sure you get the prenatal services you need, getting you ready for delivery, and making sure you get postpartum care after your baby is born.

Family Planning

If you are a woman age 19-55, we can help you get the birth control that best meets your needs through your yearly family planning exam. We can also help you in planning when to have a baby. Vasectomies for men ages 21 and older are also available through this program.
