At Gulf Coast TotalCare, we want to help people with Medicaid stay as healthy as they can. We have a team of specially trained staff to help reach this goal. Our team works with your doctor to help you get the care you need.
We focus on care coordination in three areas to help reach your health goals.
From babies to adults, we work with you and your doctors to help you take control of your health. We can help you:
We want you to have a happy and healthy birth for you and your baby. We can help you through your whole pregnancy by connecting you to the doctor or midwife of your choice to deliver your baby, making sure you get the prenatal services you need, getting you ready for delivery, and making sure you get postpartum care after your baby is born.
If you are a woman age 19-55, we can help you get the birth control that best meets your needs through your yearly family planning exam. We can also help you in planning when to have a baby. Vasectomies for men ages 21 and older are also available through this program.
